STIR FRY EVERYTHING 
3 c. rice, cooked
1 c. broccoli, chopped
1 c. cauliflower, chopped
1 c. carrots, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. mushrooms, chopped
1 med. onion, chopped
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/3 to 1/2 c. honey
1 to 2 oranges, squeeze juice & reserve

In large frying pan, or wok, pour a thin layer of oil on bottom. When oil is hot, add vegetables (except mushrooms). Stir constantly and cook until onion is soft. Add mushrooms and soy sauce. Continue stirring until mushrooms are cooked. Add honey and orange juice. Do not overcook. Pour over rice and serve.
