ONION MEDLEY STIR FRY 
1/2 c. orange juice
2 tsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. sesame oil
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 sweet onions, thinly sliced
1 sm. green pepper, halved, seeded & cut into thin strips
1 sm. red pepper halved, seeded & cut into thin strips
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. minced fresh ginger root or 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
1 c. thinly sliced celery
2 cloves garlic, minced

Whisk together the orange juice, soy sauce, cornstarch and ginger. Set aside. In a large saute pan or wok heat the oils. Using high heat stir fry the onions, celery and garlic for 2 minutes. Add the green and red pepper strips. Stir fry until tender crisp, 2-3 minutes. Quickly stir the orange sauce and add. Heat through and serve immediately. 6 servings.
