QUICK & EASY ROLLS 
2 pkgs. dry yeast
1 1/4 c. warm water
1/4 c. sugar
1 1/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs
3 c. sifted flour
2 tbsp. melted shortening

In large bowl dissolve yeast in warm water. Add salt and sugar and beaten eggs. Add flour gradually (1 cup at a time). Beat, add shortening. Beat again. Spoon dough into greased muffin tin, filling 1/3 to 1/2 full. Let rise in warm place until dough is level with top of tin. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Makes 18 rolls.
