QUICK AND EASY ROLLS 
2 c. self-rising flour
1/4 c. plus 2 tbsp. low-calorie mayonnaise substitute
1/4 c. nonfat buttermilk
Vegetable cooking spray

1. Combine first 3 ingredients, stirring just until moistened. Spoon batter into muffin pans coated with cooking spray.

2. Bake at 375 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
