1 lb. fresh spinach
1 c. fresh strawberries, sliced
1 c. seedless grapes, halved
1 c. salad oil
1/3 c. white vinegar
1 med. onion, chopped
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Mix salad oil, vinegar, onion, sugar, salt and Worcestershire sauce for dressing in blender. A nice winter alternative is to substitute 1 chopped Golden Delicious apple (dipped in lemon juice) for the strawberries, and 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms for the grapes.
