FARMER DISH OR CASSEROLE 
4 to 6 potatoes, sliced
1 lb. ground beef, browned
1 onion, diced and browned
1 can mushroom soup
6 slices Velveeta cheese or any cheese

Butter 2-quart dish. Put potatoes in dish. Arrange cheese over potatoes. Brown onion and beef together. Put over cheese. Pour soup on top of beef and onions. Bake for 1 hour at about 350 degrees.
