BROCCOLI CORN CASSEROLE 
2 bunches fresh broccoli
1 lg. (16 oz.) can creamed corn
1 egg
Salt and pepper
1/4 c. melted butter
10 saltine crackers, crushed
1 sm. can Durkee onion rings

Steam broccoli. Beat together creamed corn, egg, salt and pepper. Mix broccoli, corn mixture. Add and mix saltines, butter, and 1/2 cup onion rings. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Top with remaining onion rings and bake 10 more minutes.
