CHICKEN PACKETS FOR THE GRILL 
Heavy Duty Foil
1 whole chicken, quartered
1 env. dehydrated onion soup
4 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. paprika
4 oz. can mushrooms, drained
1/2 c. cream

Wash chicken. Dry and remove small protruding bones. Cut 4 squares of foil. On each square put 1 teaspoon butter, 1 tablespoon dehydrated onion soup and 1/4 teaspoon paprika. Add chicken. Sprinkle with remaining soup and butter. Add mushrooms and cream.

Bring foil up over food, sealing edges with tight double fold. Cook chicken on hot grill until tender, about 45 minutes to 1 hour. Turn chicken every 10 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
