CHICKEN AND VEGETABLE PACKETS 
3 lg. potatoes, unpeeled, cut in bite-size pieces
3 lg. carrots, diagonally sliced
1/2 lb. green beans, each cut in 1/2
3/4 c. water
2 tbsp. butter, cut into sm. pieces
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. thyme
2 tsp. instant chicken bouillon
1 (2 1/2-3 lb.) fryer, cut up

In large bowl mix all ingredients except chicken. On double thickness of heavy-duty foil, place 1/4 of chicken; top with 1/4 of vegetable mixture. Wrap chicken and vegetables in foil, folding seams several times. Make a total of 4 packets. Cook on grill about 45 minutes or until fork tender, turning occasionally with tongs.
