QUICK CHICKEN PIE | |
1 chicken 1 can cream of chicken soup 1/2 stick butter 1 c. self-rising flour 1 c. buttermilk Salt & pepper to taste Boil chicken and bone. Put in baking dish and pour 1 cup of broth mixed with can of cream of chicken soup over it. Melt 1/2 stick of butter and mix with flour and buttermilk. Spread over top of chicken. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. |
