SUGAR-FREE PUMPKIN PIE 
Sugar substitute = to 1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs, well beaten
1 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 1/2 c. canned pumpkin
1 2/3 evaporated milk
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. allspice

Heat oven to 425 degrees. Combine all ingredients; beat well. Pour into uncooked pie shell. Bake for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake 35 minutes or until set. Cool before serving.
