ICE CREAM COOKIES 
1/2 lb. butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. lemon extract
1 1/2 c. flour

Cream butter and sugar together, beat in eggs one at a time. Add vanilla, lemon extract and then flour. Drop by teaspoonful on ungreased cookie sheet at least 2 inches apart. Bake for 8-10 minutes at 350 degrees.
