PEACH COBBLER | |
8 lg. ripe peaches, mashed and sweetened to taste 1 c. sugar 1 c. milk 1 c. self-rising flour 3/4 stick butter 1 tsp. vanilla Stir milk, sugar, flour together, add vanilla. Pour in large baking dish that has been sprayed with Pam. Spoon peaches and juice evenly over mixture. Dot all over with butter and bake at 350 degrees until browned and knife comes out clean when stuck in corner. Serve while hot with vanilla ice cream. |
