MARSHMALLOW FROSTING 
1/3 c. Karo light syrup
2 egg whites
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/4 tsp. vanilla

Beat two egg whites until mixture is smooth and glossy. Beat in salt and Karo syrup a little at a time.

Beat until frosting hold firm peaks when beater is raised. Fold in vanilla, food coloring.

Frosting: 2 9-inch layers.
