BROILED MARSHMALLOW FROSTING | |
1/2 c. light brown sugar, firmly packed 1/4 c. butter 2 tbsp. light cream 1 c. miniature marshmallows 1/2 c. chopped walnuts Cream sugar and butter. Blend in cream. Add marshmallows and nuts; mix lightly. Spread on top of baked 9 inch square cake still in pan. Broil 2-3 minutes until top is bubbly and lightly brown. |
