MARSHMALLOW FROSTING 
2 egg whites
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. water
1 tbsp. light corn syrup
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. marshmallows cut fine or miniature marshmallows

Combine eggs, sugar, water, syrup and salt in top of double boiler. Beat over rapidly boiling water with high speed of electric mixer until it forms peaks when beaters are raised. Remove from heat. Add vanilla and marshmallows; continue beating until thick enough to spread.
