MARSHMALLOW FROSTING 
2 c. white sugar
1/4 c. white corn syrup
1/2 c. shredded coconut
2 egg whites
6 tbsp. water
1/8 tsp. almond or lemon extract

Add 1 cup small marshmallows or cut up marshmallows after beating in the hot syrup. Will keep in covered glass jar in refrigerator. (When ready to use place bowl in hot water and beat).
