BEEF BURGER 
5 lb. lean ground beef or turkey
1 tbsp. salt
Pepper
1/4 c. salad mustard
2 cans celery soup
2 c. onion, chopped
3/4 c. ketchup
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 c. minute rice

Brown meat with onion; drain. Add salt, pepper and mustard. Blend well. Add soups, ketchup and rice; stir well and simmer for an hour. Very good. Ground turkey blends in well in place of beef.
