BEEF STROGANOFF 
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 lb. round steak, cut in strips
1 tbsp. butter
2 oz. can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 med. onion, sliced
1 clove garlic, crushed
2 beef bouillon cubes
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1/4 c. catsup
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
4 oz. noodles
1/2 c. sour cream

Combine flour with salt in large bowl. Add meat, mixing lightly to coat with flour. Brown meat lightly in butter. Add mushrooms, onion and garlic. Cook until onion is slightly tender. Dissolve bouillon cubes in water. Blend in bouillon, catsup and Worcestershire sauce. Cover and simmer until meat is tender, about 20 minutes.

Add noodles to mixture and simmer 7 to 10 minutes longer or until noodles are tender yet firm. Stir in sour cream and bring to boil. Remove from heat and serve. Makes 2 servings.
