CHICKEN OR TURKEY SALAD 
5 c. chicken or turkey, cut into chunks
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. honey
3 c. cooked rice
1 1/2 c. chopped celery
1 1/2 c. green grapes
1 c. toasted almonds
Optional fruits - pineapple chunks, mandarin oranges

Cut chicken or turkey into chunks. Blend mayonnaise, lemon juice and honey. Stir mayonnaise mixture with meat, rice, celery and grapes. Chill. Add almonds just before serving. Serves 12.
