BEEF CAROUSEL | |
2 lbs. ground beef 2 cans cream of mushroom soup Dash of salt 3 tbsp. chopped onion 1 can tomato soup 1 box Bisquick Brown ground beef and onions, drain off juices. Add salt and one can of cream of mushroom soup; set aside. Mix enough Bisquick to roll approximately 14x20 inch dough. Cover dough with 1/2 inch layer of ground beef mix and roll up. Lay on cookie sheet and bake 35 to 45 minutes at 400 degrees. Slice into sections and serve with remaining mushroom or tomato soup as a topping sauce. Serves 4. |
