BARBECUE ROUND STEAK 
2 lbs. round steak
2 tbsp. butter
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/3 c. water
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 med. onion, sliced

Remove bone and fat from round steak. Slice steak into thin strips. Brown meat in butter in skillet. Pour off fat. Combine tomato sauce, water and seasonings. Add sauce and sliced onion to meat and stir to combine. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 30 minutes or until meat is tender. 6 servings.
