LIVER IN SAUCE 
1 lb. liver
1/4 c. flour - salt and pepper
3 tbsp. butter
1 sm. diced onion
1 (1 lb.) can solid packed tomatoes
1/2 diced green pepper
1 tbsp. flour
Dash chives

Cut liver in strips. Season 1/4 cup flour with salt and pepper. Shake liver in flour. Brown liver in skillet with 3 tbsp. butter. Put onions, tomatoes, green pepper, cloves and flour in blender and run on shred until ingredients are chopped. Pour over liver in skillet. Cook until sauce thickens and liver is done.
