LIVER ITALIANO 
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 lb. sliced beef liver (1" pieces)
1 tbsp. salad oil
1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
1 green pepper, thin strips
3-4 oz. uncooked spaghetti
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese

Mix flour and garlic salt. Use this mixture to coat your meat. Heat oil. Brown meat over medium heat. Stir in tomato sauce. Add green peppers. Cover and simmer until done 8-10 minutes. Cook spaghetti according to directions on package. Sprinkle Parmesan on top.
