SAUCY LIVER STRIPS 
1 lb. sliced beef liver cut in strips
1 lg. clove garlic minced
1/2 tsp. oregano
2 tbsp. butter
1 (10 oz.) can condensed tomato soup
1/4 c. water
Cooked rice

In skillet, brown liver in butter with garlic and oregano. Add remaining ingredients except rice. Cover; cook over low heat for 20 minutes or until done. Stir occasionally. Serve over rice. Yield 2 1/2 cups.
