CHOPPED LIVER 
1 lb. steer (or beef), liver, koshered (broiled)
2 med. onions, chopped
3 eggs, hard-boiled
A little chicken soup, optional
2 tbsp. chicken fat or oil
Salt & pepper to taste

Saute onions in chicken fat or oil. Grind liver with onions and eggs in meat grinder. Add seasoning to taste and chicken soup to make desired texture.
