CHOPPED LIVER 
3 med. chopped onions
1 lb. chicken livers, washed & drained
1/4 c. oil
2 hard-cooked eggs
1 tsp. salt
Black pepper
1 clove garlic, mashed

Dry the chicken livers on paper towels. Saute the onions and mashed garlic in oil until brown. Remove from pan and add chicken livers. Cook until they have lost their red color, turn down heat to medium and simmer for 10 minutes. Remove form heat.

Put all ingredients in food processor, blender (1/2 of mixture at one time), or put through fine blade of a food grinder. Blend to a fine paste. Correct seasoning if necessary.
