3/4 tsp. coffee in 1/2 c. water
1/2 c. ketchup
Salt & pepper to taste
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. grated onion

Mix all ingredients together and simmer for 10 minutes. Use to marinate ribs or beef.
