BARBECUED COUNTRY RIBS 
5-6 lbs. boneless lean ribs
2 c. catsup
1 onion, chopped
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
3-4 tbsp. brown sugar
1 to 1 1/2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Brown ribs in butter. Place on rack in roasting pan. Mix barbecue sauce. Pour sauce over ribs. Cover and bake for 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees. Uncover and bake additional 1 1/2 hours at 300 degrees or until tender.
