BARBECUE SAUCE FOR COUNTRY RIBS 
3 tbsp. chopped onion
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. chopped celery
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 c. ketchup
1 tsp. dry mustard
Salt and pepper to taste

Cook chopped onions and butter until tender. Add rest of ingredients and cook 15 to 20 minutes. Makes 1 1/2 cups barbecue sauce.
