B.B.Q. COUNTRY RIBS 
1 c. honey
1 c. catsup
1 clove minced garlic
1 minced onion
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. dry mustard
1 c. vinegar
1/4 c. oil
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. thyme

Mix all ingredients together and boil for 5 minutes. Roll ribs in flour & brown in butter. Put into a cooking bag. Pour sauce over meat and bake 2 1/2 hours at 325°F.

Makes 6 servings.
