3 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
15 dried apricots, finely chopped
3 tbsp. apricot jam
1 tsp. vanilla
Pecans to roll it in

Soften cream cheese and mix in all but nuts. Chill until firm enough to make a ball. Roll into ball and roll in nuts.
