APRICOT CHEESE BALL 
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drain well
1/2 c. dried apricots, diced fine
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. ginger
Chopped nuts

Mix together. Wrap in foil in ball in refrigerator to set up. Undo foil, smooth with knife. Roll in chopped nuts. Make day before. Serve with a plain type cracker like water crackers.
