ARTICHOKE DIP 
1 (8 oz.) can artichokes, not marinated
1 c. mayonnaise
3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese, grated
Garlic powder to taste
Salt & pepper
Bread crumbs

Mash artichokes, drain. Add remaining ingredients in bowl except bread crumbs. Put in quiche pan, top with bread crumbs. Dot with butter (optional). Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve hot with sturdy cracker.
