SUGARED PECANS 
1 lb. pecans
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. water
1 egg white
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon

Beat egg white and water together until frothy. (In a large mixing bowl.) Add pecans and stir until they are thoroughly coated. Mix sugar, cinnamon and salt together and add to pecans and mix well. Put in buttered pan (13 x 9 inch cake pan is fine). Bake in 300 degree oven for 30 to 45 minutes. Stir every 15 minutes.

I prefer about 40 minutes. Sometimes it depends on how moist the pecans are. Use your own judgment.
