MEXICAN STEAK 
1 1/2 lb. round steak or sirloin
1 can button mushrooms
1 green pepper, sliced
1 onion, sliced
2 cloves garlic, chopped or minced
1 lg. jar spaghetti sauce or your own recipe for sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
2 dash Worcestershire sauce
2 drops Tabasco sauce

Cut meat in short strips. Flour meat and fry to brown. Add meat to simmering sauce.

Fry onion, garlic, mushrooms, and green pepper. Then add to sauce. Simmer about 1 1/2 hours. Good over rice or pasta.
