1 can beer
1/2 c. chili sauce
1/4 c. salad oil
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
Tabasco
Liquid Smoke
1 med. onion, coarsely chopped
Garlic, salt & pepper
3 lb. sirloin steak

Mix ingredients and simmer 30 minutes. Marinate steak overnight. Grill steak 15 minutes on each side while basting it with sauce. Serve steak with remaining sauce (cut sirloin in long diagonal slices). Serves 4 good size eaters.
