BARBECUE SAUCE 
2 lg. jars ketchup
1 lg. bottle steak sauce
1 oz. liquid smoke, to taste
1 c. brown sugar
3 dashes aromatic bitters
1/2 bottle Tabasco, the more the hotter
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
2 (12 oz.) jars Gramma's dark molasses
2 lg. cloves garlic, minced
1 lg. onion, chopped

Slow simmer for 1 1/2 hours. Refrigerate.
