BONNIE'S STEAK SAUCE | |
1/2 c. butter 1/2 c. red wine 2 tsp. soy sauce 1 tsp. dry mustard 1/4 tsp. salt Pinch of pepper 1/8 tsp. garlic powder Twenty minutes before eating put all ingredients in a saucepan and simmer until ready to be used. Carving is very important as it enhances the tenderness and allows the sauce to be absorbed. Meat should be cut as closely to a right angle of the grain as possible. Even if sirloin or fillet of beef is used, the right angle carving is still important. |
