'DEVIL' OF A STEAK 
2 lb. sirloin, 2 inches thick
2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
2 tsp. lemon juice
Seasoned salt
1/4 c. ketchup
1/4 c. oil
2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
2 tbsp. soy sauce
3 tbsp. cherry jam
3 tbsp. brown sugar
1/8 tsp. pepper
Few drops of Tabasco

Combine mustard and lemon juice. Spread on both sides of steak. Sprinkle with seasoned salt.

Combine all other ingredients in small saucepan, heat to boiling. Pour over steak. Allow to stand at least 2 hours (overnight is best).

Grill over charcoal, basting often. To serve, slice in thin ribbons, pour additional marinade over top.
