1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 (#2) can red kidney beans
1 bottle catsup
2-3 dashes Tabasco sauce

Brown meat and onion in skillet; add kidney beans, catsup and Tabasco sauce. Simmer for 1 hour.
