MEXICAN MEAT CUPS 
1 (10 count) pkg. biscuits
1 lb. deerburger
1 (15 oz.) can chili beans
1 (15 oz.) can Mexican-style sandwich sauce
1/4 c. water
Shredded lettuce
Chopped tomatoes
1 c. shredded cheese

Roll or pat each biscuit to a 4-inch circle. Fit over the back of a well- greased muffin pan. Bake in a 400 degree oven for 8 minutes. Brown meat and drain. Stir in beans, sandwich sauce, and water. Heat to boiling. Remove biscuits, fill with meat sauce. Top with cheese, lettuce, and tomatoes.
