MEXICAN MINI - MEAT LOAVES 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 c. PACE picante sauce
1/2 c. very finely crushed tortilla chips or corn chips
1 med. onion, finely chopped
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. (2 oz.) shredded sharp Cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese

Combine meat, 3/4 cup of the picante sauce, chips, onion, egg, cumin and salt; mix well. Shape to form 6 oval-shaped loaves; place on rack of broiler pan or on rack in large shallow baking pan.

Bake in preheated oven at 375 degrees about 25 minutes or to desired doneness. Spoon remaining picante sauce over meat loaves; sprinkle with cheese. Serve with additional picante sauce. Makes 6 servings.
