CHINESE HAMBURGER 
6 c. flour
1 yeast cake
6 tbsp. sugar
6 tbsp. oil
2 c. warm water
Salt; optional

FILLING:

1 lb. ground beef, browned
1 can mushroom soup
1 can bamboo shoots
1 onion
1 can water chestnuts
1 can bean sprouts
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. soy sauce

For bread dough, soften yeast in water; add sugar and oil, stir in flour gradually and beat well. Knead 8-10 minutes. Place in greased bowl, cover, let rise 2 hours. Knead down and roll with rolling pin to 1/4 inch thickness. Cut into 4 inch squares. Put on filling and seal edges.

Put on baking sheet, bake at 350 degrees for 5 minutes, remove from oven and place in steamer basket for 7 minutes. Serve with a sauce of mustard, soy sauce, and horse radish. Freeze well.
