MEXICAN CHEF SALAD 
1 lb. ground beef
1 (15 oz.) can kidney beans, dried
1 head lettuce
1/2 tsp. salt
3 to 4 tomatoes, in wedges
1 onion, chopped
1 c. shredded cheese
1 pkg. Doritos (taco flavored), crushed
2 sm. avocados, peeled and sliced
1 c. 1000 Island mixed with hot sauce

Brown beef; drain. Add salt and beans and simmer 10 minutes. In large bowl, mix meat, beans, lettuce, onion, and cheese; mix well. Put tomatoes on top to make sunburst pattern. Add chips last. Ready to eat.
