5 lb. ground sirloin
1 c. bread crumbs
3 eggs
1/2 c. very finely sliced onion
1 tbsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. parsley
1/2 c. ketchup
1/2 c. dry cheese
1/2 tsp. mustard

Mix with clean hands. Mold in deep narrow baking pan. bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour and 20 minutes until golden brown.
