CATHY'S MEATBALL STEW 
1 lb. hamburger
1/4 c. bread crumbs
Ketchup
Mustard
Spices
1 egg
4 to 6 potatoes
4 to 6 lg. carrots
Optional: onions
Peppers
2 to 4 celery

Prepare meatballs: combine hamburger, bread crumbs, egg, ketchup, mustard and spices; set aside.

In large stew pot, put in sliced potatoes and carrots fill with water until vegetables are covered. Add other optional vegetables, place meatballs on top of vegetables. Pour ketchup over the meatballs.

Cook on top of stove until vegetables soft and meatballs are cooked. Stir occasionally to prevent burning.
