ALICE'S POTATO SALAD 
3 lbs. white potatoes
3 boiled eggs
2 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
3 tbsp. mustard
1 c. finely chopped celery
3 tbsp. relish
3 tbsp. parsley flakes

Cook, cool and dice potatoes. Mix in bowl with chopped eggs, celery, relish and parsley flakes. Add garlic salt and pepper, Stir in mayonnaise and mustard. 10 to 12 servings.
