MY SPAGHETTI SAUCE 
1 sm. can mushrooms
1 green pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 lb. lean ground beef
Several tbsp. Italian seasoning
Dash of ground red pepper
1 can of tomatoes
1 qt. of Prego sauce with mushrooms
2 tbsp. garlic salt
2 tbsp. seasoned pepper

Saute in olive oil the mushrooms, chopped pepper and onion; set aside. Brown the meat separately and drain grease. Mix meat with mushrooms, pepper and onions. Add heavily the Italian seasoning, dash of ground red pepper, seasoned pepper and 2 tablespoons garlic salt. Add 1 can of tomatoes. Stir well, then add a quart jar of Prego sauce with mushrooms. Bring to a boil, cover and simmer on low for 1 hour.
