BUFFALO CHILI 
2 lbs. buffalo burger
1 1/2 lg. onions, chopped fine
1 clove garlic, minced
2 (#2) cans kidney beans
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. paprika
2 tsp. salt
Tomato juice

Brown buffalo burger, onions and garlic. Add kidney beans and tomato juice; simmer. Mix together remaining ingredients, add to soup. Simmer 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
